Two weekends ago Netflix recommended a movie to me, predicting a 5 star match, so you know it had to be right up my alley! The movie was called Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. I had no idea what it was about, but I watched it, loved it and was inspired by it. PREVIEW HERE.

By the end of the movie, I had already ordered a juicer online and was committed to give a juice fast a shot! This also ties in with the fact that I made a challenge to myself to go from 200 to 180 pounds. My punishment would be that I can’t get a hair cut until it hit my goal.
